The prices of itemsquoted on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, if not statedotherwise

The cost of packagingand postage/carrier is also inclusive if not shown separately.

If you are interestedin any item that is currently out of stock, write to us and we will tell youwhen the item will be back in stock.

Sometimes with thevolume of orders we receive or due to some technical issues, an item may go outof stock before we are able to post notification on the site. If this happens,we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

DELIVERY:

Once an order isreceived, a tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal orderconfirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as youorder is ready for dispatch. You will also be intimated about your ordertracking number via email and SMS.

CANCELLATION ANDEXCHANGES:

If you wish to cancelor modify your order, please send an email to menjewell @gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodateyour request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee thepurchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your onlineorder, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact uswithin 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customeragrees not to dispute the decision made by the company and accept decisionregarding the cancellation.

LATE RETURNS

Goods returned outsideof the above timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to thecustomer.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGEDITEMS

If you should receivean item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact uswithin 15 days. Customer Services will help you resolve any issues as quicklyas possible by processing an in-store credit. The faulty item will need to bereturned to us by post to the return address.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risk of loss ordamage to Goods passes to you upon delivery. 

Ownership in all Goodsremains with us until full payment of all amounts due to us have been receivedfrom you.

You will beresponsible for the safe custody and insurance of all Goods in your possession.

You have no right tore-sell any Goods until we have received payment in full.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You have to providetrue, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted byour registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue,inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if we have reasonable grounds tosuspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not inaccordance with this User Agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspendor terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to theWebsite.

That in the event thata non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name oraddress or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us forredelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost.

That the address atwhich delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct andproper in all respects.

That before placing anorder you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an orderfor a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation ofoffer included in the item's description.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will not have anyliability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations onaccount of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control which includes, butis not limited to, extreme weather conditions, act of God, terrorism, war,strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labour.
